Residential Detention Pond Maintenance

Vinings Estates is a high end single home community located in north west Atlanta. The community originally contacted SCA for the reconstruction of their largest retention pond earthen dam in 2018. Over the next few years, SCA completed multiple projects for the neighborhood’s storm water related systems. Over time, the community realized the value that could come from a preventative maintenance program. The program would make it easier to budget for and prevent the majority of unexpected capital expenses throughout the years. Shortly after one of our estimators visited the property, an agreement was voted on. Since then, our crews make regular stops cleaning debris, cutting the banks, and inspecting all applicable structures. We look forward to a long road ahead with Vinings Estates.
